Garlitz Bell is a business and technology focused law firm based in Dallas, Texas providing nationwide counsel on patent, trademark, and copyright litigation, licensing, and prosecution as well as general commercial litigation concerns. Garlitz Bell is one of the only law firms in the nation with a dedicated section to defend organizations against software license audits from software publishers and their trade organizations, such as the Business Software Alliance and Software and Information Industry Association.

We are currently seeking an intellectual property (IP) attorney.  Please read our main Careers page for more information on our firm.  Specifically, we are looking for an attorney with a technical background, preferably in software development, who is interested in an exciting opportunity to use his or her technical background in the practice of law.  Salary is competitive and commensurate with work experience.
